What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It just an overall atmosphere. There is not the moaning and groaning I have had at other jobs from coworkers about how unfair they are being treated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my customers excited about their new remodel job and taking the stress away from the customer when building a new house with all the decisions they have ahead of them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put family first no matter what. The physical and mental health of your family is their first priority. When you have a concern they are always willing to listen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a tight group that looks out for each other and helps out wherever is necessary. Our personalities work so well together there is rarely ever and issue. If we have one we talk through it and get it out in the open.
