The team that I work with is a pleasure to work with each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they seek feedback and new ideas on processes. They appear to care what the branch teams have to say.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Empowerment to make decisions that are best for the business without having to get 5 layers of approvals. They trust us to make good decisions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We behave as a family. We support each other as well as holding each other accountable. We speak freely and share ideas daily. There is no hierarchy or egos in our branch. We all are valuable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I assist with running one of the largest branches in the company. I manage a larger team then most other branches both on the operations side as well as the sales side. The amount of paperwork I process is larger and more demanding then what I have see in other branches.
