My team is very people oriented and goal driven. I have one tenured and very knowledgeable teammate who is a wealth of information, procedures, and product knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is team oriented and goal driven. We cannot accomplish many things without each other and the support of upper management and Emser as a whole. I find the moral and comradery has a good balance of competition and fun. The competitive nature assist to drive result and execute.
What makes you most happy at work?
Driving results and seeing the fruits of working hard to get those results. It is very rewarding to see results that are directly related to the energy and hard work I as an individual and we as a team produce. It makes me happy to be a part of that.
