Just like life there are good and bad times. I survived having covid and all I wanted was to come back to work because I love what I do. I love the people I work with customers and peers alike. It can be challenging at times but also rewarding when you see where your hard work goes.

My positive coworkers. The family like experience of our workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is down to earth and funny and has a team mentality.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive reinforcement and care that our peers have for one another. It drives an employee to do more and also to be more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparatively speaking, pay rates amongst other customer/support/service representatives within the same area are being paid more, with the same amount of benefits as what our company is providing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the cohesiveness of the team. Adriel is amazing at being a person you can talk to without fear of backlash. I have a lot of faith in him that he can do great things for this company and for myself and other employees.
