we work hard but yet come into a peaceful environment where we build good quality relationships all while getting our job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I enjoy the job, my co-workers , and management but not completely satisfied with the pay scale for the front office. We work amusingly to get orders out and build relationships with the branches to get orders in and out the door.
