They are just too exceptional
The leadership team is proactive and visionary
I like the Humanistic side of the team.
Leadership is often missing. Managers rotate usually on a two years basis, so they are mostly busy looking for their next opportunity, and they do not care about their employees.

the company is too big, the people change, they don't recognize your value because they don't know you
For company to have in place incentives such as employee stock options.
My career has been stopped some years by my manager for unknown reasons. After years of struggle to improve situation, the only thing that remains to me is to quit.

Study, learn, and apply what they study. There is no incentive to do this, so I wonder how they could improve.
understand basic physics, stop frowning about competent colleagues, get rid of bureaucracy

The most positive aspect of the culture is job security

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fairness in the reward of employees. Openess in decission making and trustworthiness of local managerial staff.
Pull out all those people who hold a seat not by merit, but by recommendations, and put capable people instead.

Meeting a couple of friends for coffee, and exit time. Technical work is very appealing, but you soon realize that your knowhow is neither appreciated nor properly used.
