What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are just too exceptional
The leadership team is proactive and visionary
I like the Humanistic side of the team.
Leadership is often missing. Managers rotate usually on a two years basis, so they are mostly busy looking for their next opportunity, and they do not care about their employees.
Good working conditions and pay
Focused and driven by corporate objectives and stakeholders interest.
