Executive Bio

Mr. Gregory T. Kinder, also known as Greg, serves as the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Executive Vice President at Energizer Holdings, Inc. Mr. Kinder is responsible for driving the maximum value possible in end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization at Energizer. He has global responsibility for integrated supply chain functions encompassing operations, procurement and supply chain, along with sales and operations planning and the ISC's Center of Expertise at Energizer. He served as a Vice President & Chief Procurement Officer at Energizer Holdings, where he led the global procurement transformation into a center-led organization across all business groups and divisions. He joined Energizer Holdings in 2013, with more than 30 years of experience at leading manufacturing companies across diverse industries and geographies, including experience working and living in Europe and Asia. He served as Vice President for Global Purchasing of Modine Manufacturing Co. since February 2006. He spend 19 years with Johnson Controls, Inc., where he held international assignments in Belgium, Singapore and China. Mr. Kinder served as Vice President Purchasing, Asia Pacific and Japan at Johnson Controls, located in Shanghai, China. He was responsible for $1.8 billion in purchased materials and for developing regional and global commodity and supplier strategies. The position was originally based in Michigan, but Kinder moved to Shanghai in 2003 to increase exports from Asia to Johnson Controls' worldwide facilities. Before that, Mr. Kinder served as Director of Purchasing, Asia Pacific based in Singapore and prior to that Group Purchasing Manager based in Michigan. Before Johnson Controls, Mr. Kinder worked at Leggett & Platt, Inc. in Whittier, California. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, with dual majors in procurement and materials management and production operations management from Bowling Green State University.
