Mr. Marshall S. McCrea, III, also known as Mackie, has been Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of LE GP, LLC, a General Partner for Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. since November 2015. Mr. McCrea has been the Chief Commercial Officer of Energy Transfer Partners, L.L.C at Lone Star NGL LLC since November 2015. He serves as a Member of Management Council at ETP Enogex Partners LLC. He has extensive project development and operational experience. He served various positions in the natural gas business for over 25 years. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Transfer Partners GP, L.P and Energy Transfer Partners LP since June 2008. He served as the President of Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. since November 2015. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Transfer Partners LLC from June 2008 to November 2015. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Southern Union Company. He served as the President of Midstream Operation- General Partner of U S Propane L P from March 2007 to June 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Development of U S Propane LLC - General Partner of US Propane LP from January 2004 to February 24, 2005. Since March 2005, he served as President of Through Energy Transfer Company and ETC OLP. Prior to the combination of the operations of Energy Transfer and Heritage Propane, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Producer Services of the General Partner of ETC OLP and ET Company I Ltd. since 1997. He has been the Chairman of Sunoco Partners LLC, a general partner of Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. since October 5, 2012 and as its Director since December 23, 2009. He has been Director of Penntex Midstream GP LLC, a General Partner for PennTex Midstream Partners, LP since November 9, 2016. He has been a Director of Energy Transfer Partners GP, LP, a General Partner for Energy Transfer, LP since December 2009. He has been a Director at Energy Transfer Partners, L.L.C. since June 2008, Sunoco, Inc. since October 5, 2012 and LE GP, LLC since December 23, 2009. He serves on the Board of Directors of the general partner of ETE, of Sunoco Logistics and of Sunoco LP. He served as a Director of Sunoco GP LLC from August 29, 2014 to April 30, 2015. Mr. McCrea served as a Director of Southern Union Company.
