EnergyCAP Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Full insurance coverage with minimal contributions required on my part

Review from Engineering Dept

Competitive salary and bonus with potential payout above 100%

Company-provided free health insurance for the entire family

Flexible work hours, paid health/dental/vision, generous PTO, very well rounded with other benefits

Review from Product Dept

health insurance is paid 100%

Review from IT Dept

I continue to be very thankful that the company invests a lot of money to provide "free to me" health, dental, and vision insurance coverage and provides me with an option to "pay" towards a lower deductible medical insurance plan.

Review from Engineering Dept

Health Benefits are the best part about the compensation package.

Insurance that is 100% paid for

Review from Engineering Dept

Generous PTO and 100% Paid Healthcare

The best part of our compensation package is our health insurance benefits.

Review from Engineering Dept

The benefits being fully covered by the company!

Review from Sales Dept

PTO - when you have a family nothing is more valued than being given more time than the average company to spend time with loved ones.

Review from IT Dept

Excellent 401K options through a solid provider and all fees paid by the company.

Review from Engineering Dept

health insurance and 401K matching

The amount of PTO we receive

That the company pays for medical, dental, vision.

Boalsburg HQ is a great facility and location to work in and the in-office perks are great; provision of insurance plans is amazing.

Review from Engineering Dept

The free Health Benefits are the best part.

Review from Engineering Dept

Not having to pay for health insurance

Review from IT Dept

Benefits are VERY generous (medical benefits, PTO).

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

this topic is taboo for managers and there is limited interest in growing from within and compensating appropriately. the only way to move up is to leave

Review from Product Dept

Bonuses for non supervisors are $1-2K less than before the acquisition. New hires are getting higher salaries but existing employees salary hasn't been adjusted accordingly.

Review from Engineering Dept

Prior to the change in ownership, other company benefits offset the lower than industry standard pay scale. With many of those benefits no longer in place and ENC re-evaluating employee ranks, it would make sense to re-evaluate pay scale too to be more in line with industry standards.

Review from Product Dept

Monetarily, I am currently undervalued. I have been doing way more work than I am being compensated for.

While out benefits are fully covered by the company - which is awesome - The co-pay and out of pocket costs can be pretty high. As far as compensation goes I feel like I bring more value to the company than is reflected in my salary

Review from IT Dept

Salary and commission structure is lower than peers at other SAAS companies.

Review from Sales Dept

I do a lot of high quality work on highly visible and unusual projects. I don't think the company recognizes the significant work I do or value I bring to the table. People in a similar position in the industry are paid more.

The cost of living has increased quickly, and my compensation is a bit behind in reflecting that reality.

Review from Product Dept

I would feel better if my compensation matched more with the industry standard rather than well below
