this topic is taboo for managers and there is limited interest in growing from within and compensating appropriately. the only way to move up is to leave

Bonuses for non supervisors are $1-2K less than before the acquisition. New hires are getting higher salaries but existing employees salary hasn't been adjusted accordingly.

Prior to the change in ownership, other company benefits offset the lower than industry standard pay scale. With many of those benefits no longer in place and ENC re-evaluating employee ranks, it would make sense to re-evaluate pay scale too to be more in line with industry standards.

Monetarily, I am currently undervalued. I have been doing way more work than I am being compensated for.
While out benefits are fully covered by the company - which is awesome - The co-pay and out of pocket costs can be pretty high. As far as compensation goes I feel like I bring more value to the company than is reflected in my salary

I think if the CO office was located in Denver (maybe somewhere downtown) then employees would be happier to go into the office and it would be a more fun environment.
