Started out very nice. High energy, lots of smile and promises of a beautiful culture. Months later new staff and constantly being fired/hired. Not only high turn over but the culture is only being displayed to the higher between them.

We love to laugh and are very pleasant and considerate of each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to put a smile or make my patients/customers laugh and to take care of their needs/requests. The same with my co-workers. While performing our duties on a professional respectful manner while in a joyful mood.
