nice / competitive base compared to industry, commission structure is very straightforward and easy to understand - Sales
My compensation package with cash and equity was competitive and Entelo does compensation review twice a year which is exciting.
What are some of the best things about your team at Entelo?
Everyone looks out for each other. Sharing best practices, stepping up in a pinch. It's a big family and we have each others' backs.

Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Entelo?
I had several interviews with everyone from the recruiter to the CEO. I usually heard back within 48 hours

What's the vibe like in the Operations dept at Entelo? How many hours are you working?
it changes day to day, usually ~10hrs
How's the leadership on the Operations team at Entelo?
Not innovative enough. Very reactionary.
How often do raises happen at Entelo?
For the most part, they are annual but market adjustments and promotions happen all the time too.
How common is it to switch departments or teams at Entelo?
Not hugely common but it is an option. If you want to explore another area they are very supportive.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Entelo?
I have great flexibility and have never felt that I have to give up my social life or more importantly time with my family to feel I am doing a good job.
How rewarding is your job at Entelo?
Extremely. I don't want to work anyplace else.
How's the feedback proccess at Entelo?
Getting better. We have weekly pulse questions to give feedback and for getting feedback we have put in a tool that will provide feedback more frequently. I will say that people are pretty open, managers have regular 1:1's with their directs and if you ask for feedback you will get it and it will be honest and constructive.
What kind of people succeed at Entelo?
All types. I would not say there is anyone profile of person that will be successful. If you take your work seriously and want to be valued and appreciated then you are the kind of person who will succeed at Entelo.

Amazing. Beautiful space, getting a bit crowded but they are working on getting more space.
