    Customer Support dept for this survey is meaning daily rental. The overall vibe depends on the manager and if they are provided resources (like inventory to match demand) and properly staffed (uncommon). A good manager puts on a happy face and works through the shortages but must do so consistently for years on end. All hours of store must be covered by management, often a branch only has one manager and only larger branches have assistant managers but cover mostly the same hours. They are open typically 11+ hours daily and some locations are 7-day operations. 49 hours is a normal minimum but more is most common would be more with 55-60 in some cases. Managers being paid salary do not have their hours logged but they cover more hours and are not compensated for overtime (over 40) which is expected not sometimes but every week. Often the staff is reduced to depend more on managers as one-person shows so that less payroll is needed especially at smaller stores and during non-peak hours.
