What is the best part about your compensation package?

The total compensation package makes it great.

the ability to have a flex schedule

Flexible time to be able to work and still take care of family issues when they arise. This feature makes me feel better about giving extra because I'm being given consideration as a human and not an object on a spreadsheet.

Though not guaranteed, we generally all get bonuses each year and I'm not talking about a $100.

ESOP plus 401K, 100% paid health benefits

Actually manage people and provide honest feedback to allow for greater growth. Honestly is in short supply.

Tremendous pressure from new owner to cut salaries and ship jobs off shore or to other offices that have hired offshore personnel to staff positions.
