What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are serious about their job and love it.
The care and attention they put into employee feedback while continuing to run the business.
Much more a team than it used to be. They seem to work well together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is a lack of honest communication and an overriding political slant to everything.
Communication and clear vision of goals and future direction. Also emotional intelligence is really lacking and needs much focus.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The total compensation package makes it great.
the ability to have a flex schedule
Flexible time to be able to work and still take care of family issues when they arise. This feature makes me feel better about giving extra because I'm being given consideration as a human and not an object on a spreadsheet.
Though not guaranteed, we generally all get bonuses each year and I'm not talking about a $100.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Actually manage people and provide honest feedback to allow for greater growth. Honestly is in short supply.
Tremendous pressure from new owner to cut salaries and ship jobs off shore or to other offices that have hired offshore personnel to staff positions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The level of attention everyone puts into helping each other.
My team is extremely helpful and open-minded. Everyone collaborates.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
EP works on the most exciting projects in the industry
We are getting ready to move to a fantastic space with great technology to work better, we hope.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A business goal other than financial again. Something to make everyone feel like they are doing something that matters, and that their work matters.
What did you like most about the interview process?
All the people I met that provided great and honest feedback about the culture.
The recruiters are transparent and very responsive.
