I love my job it is not hard but we have to sacrifice time being away from family due to our low pay some of us work 16 hour shifts all 5 days. That's unfair and inhumane

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because our hard work is overshadowed by little errors we make . Management does not appreciate our work they're power hungry.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Attendance policy is ridiculous. I understand we have to be on time every day but we cannot leave home 2 or 3 hours before our shift starts, we still have to beat traffic, lines at the airport checkpoints, the majority of us park at the employee lot which buses run slow.
