There are a lot of issues at the GSE area and I've personally and written expressed a few times that I don't feel safe at work and asked for the different issues to be addressed and fixed but still nothing is done and the company does not care to do anything. Hopefully nothing bad happens to anyone.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't feel safe at work!
What did you like most about the interview process?
felt comfortable and I understood everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The area I work is getting paid way less than the same area but for American airlines employees, even though its the same company. NOT FAIR!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to there employees and addressing the ongoing issues in there department, specially if employees express they don't feel safe and that they feel if not fixed it can get to a fight or an employee going crazy and hurting others.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think the supervisory team needs to be identified and it seems that when they become a higher rank the less they want to do so they delegate on other regular employees and assign them as supervisors, specially night shift there is no supervision and employees take 1/2 hour smoke breaks whenever.
