As an engineer I love working here. Its tech-first, forward looking company that takes incredible care of its employees. That said, the tech-side leadership is inconsistent. Sometimes the best programmers do not make the best managers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was a bit long, but it was thorough. I have no major complaints.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full health coverage, $0 out of pocket on one of the largest medical networks in the country. It doesn't get much better than this.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Understanding how people interact and how to determine their needs at a fundamental level is something only the greatest of managers do. I'd like to see us do better in that regard.
