I got a job in production at Epic after being turned from Blizzard (childhood dream) because they wanted more experience. I got payed double the "normal rate" for PAs and they treated me like I was Producer instead of a production assistant. My love for Epic now outweighs my childhood nostalgia.

Being able to see my team's work in-game and knowing that the company genuinely cares about the success of everyone.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The team is a blast off the bat. It's a nice change of pace when the interviewer is the one hyping the energy in the room.
