I like the 401k, the alternative options like critical illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, I also appreciate the bereavement leave policy while it seems generous to other companies, I feel it is what should be offered to all people as loss is significant and all should be able to mourn.

I consistently meet quality expectations, maintain a strong workflow, and contribute to team goals. However, my compensation doesn't feel aligned with the level of performance deliver.

I have taken more job responsibilities outside of my job scope as well as my seniors/leaders. I work a hybrid position that I volunteered to take to help our supervisor team as they needed the assistance. If our leaders listened to our struggles and helped with the daily struggles and hurdles.

Given record revenues and profits the past few years, compensation can be better across the board. I appreciate that our Executives are very focused on EBITDA, but I sometimes wonder if they're too cautious in their approach. I would not say I'm undervalued, but there's room for improvement.
