We need a more comprehensive benefits plan that isn't so costly. The 2% increase in pay doesn't cover the increase in costs in benefits. The company states we are competitive in salaries, but only people who come in externally are paid what they're potentially worth. We keep losing people due to pay

My boss does not read emails but will reply anyway. She replies to things saying, "[Name] is assigned" and when I ask for clarity she admits to not having read the email and she cannot articulate what she assigned me to.
