Recognition and transparency and communication
Review from Operations Dept
Everything. They don't understand the job, which is causing them to consistently let people go for underperforming and they don't offer feedback on how people can improve before being let go.
Review from Operations Dept
Communication and flexibility. Incentives and providing a clear career pathway.
Review from IT Dept
care more about impact and results than awards.
Review from Operations Dept
They need to sit down with the people actually doing the work and find out what's working and what not working. They should not rely solely on supervisors and managers as they are not the ones doing the daily work. It would help improve morale that upper management is hearing firsthand.
Review from Finance Dept
I consistently meet quality expectations, maintain a strong workflow, and contribute to team goals. However, my compensation doesn't feel aligned with the level of performance deliver.
Review from Operations Dept
I know others that are a level below me making the same amount of money, so that's discouraging.
Review from Legal Dept
Better benefits for insurance, better pay for the work i am doing
Review from Operations Dept
Support for working at home (like home office equipment or chair/desk), Wellness benefit to pay for a gym membership.
Review from Customer Support Dept
To have equal pay to a male peer who is in my same role but is paid more.
Review from Sales Dept
Show more initiative each day with daily items. Not expecting others to take their work for them when they dont know the material instead of trying to learn themselves, reading SOP's, reaching out to other Seniors, etc.
Review from Operations Dept
I think the amount of interaction is fine.
Review from Legal Dept
People fail up at Epiq and fail to negotiate or look past their silos.
Review from Operations Dept
They need to improve their billable percentages and mutual respect towards others, while restoring positive intent.
Review from Customer Support Dept
They could be a lot better at communicating effeciently.
Review from HR Dept
Give people the tools they need to do their job whether thats supplys or policy
Review from Operations Dept
Accept that people grow and learn and change. Stop expecting people to sit in roles for 5+ years without growth. Stop telling us to do more with less.

lack of engagement, lack of employee care, lack of benefits, lack of feeling like what i do matters. one of my biggest pet peeves is this company roles out initiatives in the LS community without any directions or guidance so things end up being done wrong or people dont know or only half the tea is
Review from Operations Dept
I wish there was more investment in the workers
Review from Product Dept
The amount of work is greater than the resources we have available. Without proper efforts, training and resources we are not set up for success to meet the standards of our leadership.
Review from Operations Dept
Everything is going on and management isn't willing to listen. They care about numbers and nothing more.
Review from Operations Dept
Organizational restructuring on what seems a quarterly basis forcing people into roles they never intended to be in. Very little control or autonomy of career path. Stop treating people like pawns.
