Annual bonus is more than I'm used to, and formula for calculating it is transparent.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Let people innovate and react to the market and support them doing so instead of putting up such high roadblocks that they give up. Properly fund IT and marketing with INTERNAL resources who can be invested in the project with full context rather than just delivering items as a transaction.
