Good pay for sure, not good medical benefits

More benefits to study in college or certifications. Also add the fully remote posibility for employees
When you are doing the work of 3-5 other departments, working 50+ hours a week, you deserve a decent pay. You're not even allowed to take bathroom breaks. The micromanaging was horrendous

Market comparison shows I was underpaid by $50k out of the gate.
Unpaid and excessive work hours are expected as the norm and not the exception. Team shaming and public humiliation are the backbone of the culture.

Not a fair compensation system for old employees. A new person doing same work as an old one usually have better salary
