Equifax Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good pay for sure, not good medical benefits

My base pay is good.

there are various health care plan options

The benefit the company provides you

Flexibility in work day and decent benefits

I seem to be lucky and have been taken care of by my current boss

Continuing education, wfh flexibility (3 in office, 2 at home)

Salary and health insurance are both good.

AIP Bonus based on performance

The cash and stock bonuses are amazing, especially over the last few years where the company has beat all its targets out of the park.

Part time work from home.

Fair pay and great bonuses

Good balance growth and individual targets

Good base salary and structure of bonus tied to company performance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

pay is below market standard.

worker not help to me

I am paid fairly well.

More benefits to study in college or certifications. Also add the fully remote posibility for employees

When you are doing the work of 3-5 other departments, working 50+ hours a week, you deserve a decent pay. You're not even allowed to take bathroom breaks. The micromanaging was horrendous

My experiencecand suggestions are ignored, they want to fo everythingbthe wsy it was done in the past.

Review from IT Dept

Better holidays/ sick days and 10-20k more per year

Market comparison shows I was underpaid by $50k out of the gate.

Unpaid and excessive work hours are expected as the norm and not the exception. Team shaming and public humiliation are the backbone of the culture.

salary raise according to my responsabilities and the current market

No growth. Stagnant position for years. More responsibilities with additional pay or promotion.

Review from IT Dept

Not a fair compensation system for old employees. A new person doing same work as an old one usually have better salary
