What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

No one calls a credit reporting company happy to be on the phone.

Toxic manager. Great experience at Equifax until working for this person.

The customers buy personal data that is never given with informed consent

Hierarchy system for osmelocations. old work stuctures

The company needs to acknowledge the employees as humans and they need to care more about them

I love the people and experienced lots of opportunities for growth. I am sorry to be feeling this way about the company, but it is true what they say-- you leave a boss, not a company

Getting rid of toxic players.
