When you are doing the work of 3-5 other departments, working 50+ hours a week, you deserve a decent pay. You're not even allowed to take bathroom breaks. The micromanaging was horrendous
Horrible documentation, no policies for important practices, and leaders several layers up who all chime in and ruin the focus and efficacy of projects
Stop trying to take credit for everything and be a team. Also stop micromanaging.
