I bent over backward for the company and would come in when asked to fill positions in personal training and on the front desk. Your rapid turnover rate should speak for itself.
My team was motivated and willing to help one another. We all enjoyed what we did along with our clients. Interactions with management would quickly decrease my desire to be a part of Equinox.
