The personal training managers were a joke and had very poor leadership and management skills. Very inconsistent and unprofessional in private and in front of members and staff.

Better leadership and training throughout the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more involved and be proactive than reactive. They also need to work on their professionalism.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy and comfortable. They would make the job seem like you would make huge amounts of money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I bent over backward for the company and would come in when asked to fill positions in personal training and on the front desk. Your rapid turnover rate should speak for itself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team was motivated and willing to help one another. We all enjoyed what we did along with our clients. Interactions with management would quickly decrease my desire to be a part of Equinox.
