What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improving culture requires leadership recalibration and higher hiring rigor. Teams need leaders who can execute, communicate directly, and make firm decisions. Raising the bar for competency and accountability would create a healthier, more functional environment.
I personally feel like people need to be moved around because everyone is so comfortable with each other maybe a new scenery will help everyone get back to where we're supposed to which is working for Equinox and making sure everyone is having a great experience
