Its horrible they have made me cry here multiple time, they put so much pressure on me . The manager is rude to us and saying things that make us feel uncomfortable, also is very aggressive. There's favoritism . Im always over looks and ive offered so much to this company and yea worst Experience

They just making it a better place to work and make us feel comfortable make us wanna come to work we don't feel like that when we get here because we're not respected as maintenance crew honestly
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I personally feel like people need to be moved around because everyone is so comfortable with each other maybe a new scenery will help everyone get back to where we're supposed to which is working for Equinox and making sure everyone is having a great experience
