What did you like most about the interview process?
The three step interview process tells me that they genuinely care about the quality of their employees and see a long-term partnership with them.
The firm focuses more on the personal side than what business you can bring to them. They want to learn about who you are and what you're seeking in a career to promote growth within your professional and personal life.
