My experience with Equity Residential was hurtful! As an employee I was unseen, unheard and treated unfairly by my supervisor which has been tolerated, skirted and EQR attempts to keep dismissing me and it.

it's hostile and aggressive toward residents and employees. We're on the same team here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1000% undervalued; for starters pay me for the money you're ripping me off per my employee discount for rent.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
not the issue with the exception that the values touted during the interview process, orientation and on the website to not reflect the culture
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
just do better - look in your hearts and simply be kind or do the world a favor and discontinue being greedy; it's behavior like this that gives you and 'corporate America' the reputation you are currently living.
