Equity has hired a third party to handle our benefits package. They messed up my benefits and sent me a bunch of incorrect information from a different persons file. HR refuses to speak to me at all, and the third party company tells me it’s out of their hands. It’s been a nightmare working

It is amazing! Love the culture

They are a puppy mill of property management. They sound and look good on paper in regards to diversity, equality, acceptance of differences in personnel, etc. The reality is that they are cold, evasive, seldom truthful when responding to concerns, and will FIND reasons to write you up if questioned

Both Manager and Super are great and helpful co-workers are the problem.

Leadership is only concerned with metrics, they have no concern for the residents at their communities

Leadership needs to listen to the Service Team as well. We all have opinions and express them in meetings but are completely ignored.

stop overlooking the problems in all aspects

just do better - look in your hearts and simply be kind or do the world a favor and discontinue being greedy; it's behavior like this that gives you and 'corporate America' the reputation you are currently living.

Respecting their employees and paying them fairly.

I pay is low for the amount of work. Overworked and burnt out, no recognition for anything.

1000% undervalued; for starters pay me for the money you're ripping me off per my employee discount for rent.

I work as much or harder than many of my co-workers who have been here for 5+ years. Theh complain about simple work and many times don't do it a all but because they are in the Union they get away with it. I get paid less than the team but do more work.

I feel undervalued because management is very disrespectful and they owe me a lot of unpaid wages.

Generally smart people who work hard.

"One Team" is a big saying that is used freely and is inpiring, though it is super rare for there to be more than 50% buy in, as cut throat practices are what actually transpire, as ME is the most important person/ideal and is supported by actions, not TEAM

Take responsibility for their mistakes, stop gossiping and causing others to be uncomfortable. Hotslie work environment.

The people here are so smart and willing to teach others

One Team idea is GREAT! Some people believe it and practice it, but 50-60% do not... theyre the survivors (those who font care and worship at the alter of the shareholders and their greed

Everyonr works together as a team

Leasing Staff, Superintend & Manager are very helpful, kind and respectful to others. Many of the residents are kind as well.... Porters and Concierges are problematic and very immature in many situations.

it's hostile and aggressive toward residents and employees. We're on the same team here.

Change the way management handles their employees and matters on a first thing basis.
