Everyone works like a team.
Both Manager and Super are great and helpful co-workers are the problem.
Leadership is only concerned with metrics, they have no concern for the residents at their communities
Leadership needs to listen to the Service Team as well. We all have opinions and express them in meetings but are completely ignored.
stop overlooking the problems in all aspects
just do better - look in your hearts and simply be kind or do the world a favor and discontinue being greedy; it's behavior like this that gives you and 'corporate America' the reputation you are currently living.
Respecting their employees and paying them fairly.
