They sound and look good on paper in regards to diversity, equality, acceptance of differences in personnel, etc. The reality is that they are cold, evasive, seldom truthful when responding to concerns, and will FIND reasons to write you up if questioned

Communicating authentically and honestly. "One Team" is a big saying that is used freely and is inpiring, though it is super rare for there to be more than 50% buy in, as cut throat practices are what actually transpire, as ME is the most important person/ideal and is supported by actions, not TEAM
