I pay is low for the amount of work. Overworked and burnt out, no recognition for anything.
1000% undervalued; for starters pay me for the money you're ripping me off per my employee discount for rent.
I work as much or harder than many of my co-workers who have been here for 5+ years. Theh complain about simple work and many times don't do it a all but because they are in the Union they get away with it. I get paid less than the team but do more work.

Communicating authentically and honestly. "One Team" is a big saying that is used freely and is inpiring, though it is super rare for there to be more than 50% buy in, as cut throat practices are what actually transpire, as ME is the most important person/ideal and is supported by actions, not TEAM
