The people here are so smart and willing to teach others
One Team idea is GREAT! Some people believe it and practice it, but 50-60% do not... theyre the survivors (those who font care and worship at the alter of the shareholders and their greed
Everyonr works together as a team
Leasing Staff, Superintend & Manager are very helpful, kind and respectful to others. Many of the residents are kind as well.... Porters and Concierges are problematic and very immature in many situations.

My immediate co workers are great.
Completing daily task making people smile.
Getting things done in a timely manner
Many of the residents are very nice. Weekly pay & good simple word of you care enough about the job.
