The flexibility and having plenty of options. Essilor valued me more than any other company I've worked for. Hands down.

I like that stock options are offered. It is nice to invest in a company that is absorbing/monopolizing the entire industry.The company will match up to 4 shares after 6 months of employment.

Vacation time, the PTO, and they are adequate
