Great team of wonderful, knowledgeable, and hard-working people. Working remotely opens up all kinds of learning opportunities. The company's customer service system as a whole seems thrown together and makes the job much more difficult than it should be. A well thought out overhaul is welcome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Speaking of my direct supervisor, I couldn't ask for anyone better. Attentive, non-biased, knowledgeable, and kind are a few words that come to mind. As for the executives...I don't really know. I don't hear much from them and when I do, it is scripted and indirect.
