What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their lack of leadership, support, compassion.
Leadership needs to be better at communication. It is never good to have 4 different people telling you 4 different ways to do the same thing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Worth living and satisfying too
Medical, stock and vacation are all very good.
It is attainable. If you go out and meet with customers and prospects, you will see the results.
Bonus, performance shares, employee shareholding

Well ventilated and comfortable place to work
I have an amazing manager. I am happy with the pay. The company offers an incredible work/life balance. I love my job.

Technical know how of of the job
My interview was at the local branch and went very well. It's when you get to the corp level that everything goes downhill.
They made sure they too were confident with their decision
