- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Salaries are below local average, which makes it hard to hire talent, it ends up being imported from Italy. Changes in the stock program reduced value by half, and health benefits are poor. They need to change it all.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop the toxic culture, demeaning of people, the constant yelling and passive aggressiveness, starting from the president of Professional Solutions.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The partnership with Meta, managed by an unqualified step-son of the late founder, who got the job out of pure nepotism in his twenties, disadvantaged the company. With low margins, the CEO has resorted to aggressiveness to whip out results. The company needs to reassess its vision.
