What is the best part about your compensation package? The retirement matching is better than most companies.
What did you like most about the interview process? There was no interview, but the process of answering relevant questions online and submitting required documents went smoothly. Employee welcome was friendly and helpful.
What are some of the best things about your team?I work remotely, so I've never "met" my peers or immediate supervisors. But I get the feeling of working as a team to get the assigned task done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? At least restore being paid for the full shift even if we get done early. Zero raise after 7 years. Company memo's during our almost complete shutdown during the pandemic were much more optimistic and understanding than terse and disrespectful memo's of late. Compensation is not only monetary.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?My immediate supervisors are sympathetic, professional, and kind but are also suffering under horrible higher management. Higher leadership needs to view raters of the most profitable test with the old respect and appreciation. We are not quickly replaced, and bad morale will harm the business.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Failures of assessment administration during crunch examination periods has always had technology issues impacted students.
