Since the start of my employment, I have learned a lot from the company. The training program of the company in the starting helped me a lot to rightly fit in the company. Even after working for quite some time a year, I never got bored of the company or feel like I am living a same day in life.

Evalueserve is, in my opinion, one of the best companies I've seen. It is ideal for new graduates because it offers three months of training during which time students can improve themselves and become employees. It offers fantastic opportunities for newcomers to improve their skills.

I had some years of work experience before I joined the company. Turns out, it has everything I look forward to. While many might find the extra hours of working frustrating, I actually like to do it. My seniors are quite nice and always push forward me to bring best out of me.

The CEO of the company is one of the best leaders of the companies I came across. He really cares about his employees and gives us fair bonuses and salaries. The higher authority always interacts with us in one or another guiding us through projects.

In the beginning, the company focused my fitting me into the environment. As I grew more and more comfortable with the working environment, they start giving me more significant project. My seniors do know the potential of everyone, and always encourages us to do better.

Work life balance is a priority for the company as the management takes genuine interest in the well being of employees. They are supportive and flexible. Regular training is also provided to employees to improve technical and soft skills. The culture is friendly and easy to fit in and leaves etc

The working environment of the company is quite pleasable. As employees, we daily interact with our subordinates for work and fun. Respect is given and taken from each and every person who works in the company. I am quite fond of my department and like the work ethics of my subordinates.
