What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Openness in communication & clarity of thoughts by senior level managers.
Work life balance is a priority for the company as the management takes genuine interest in the well being of employees. They are supportive and flexible. Regular training is also provided to employees to improve technical and soft skills. The culture is friendly and easy to fit in and leaves etc
The working environment of the company is quite pleasable. As employees, we daily interact with our subordinates for work and fun. Respect is given and taken from each and every person who works in the company. I am quite fond of my department and like the work ethics of my subordinates.
We have a diverse workgroup in the company. It helps us to give lots of different suggestions and methods. Our senior assist us to combine and provide the best result.
