the people are great, fun and smart, but it's more important to be a self-initiator with team in different offices around the world, and coming from differnet companies - i have noticed that people need to reach out more proactively to connect with team members and communicate to be successful here
The most positive thing about the work environment is the way that coworkers interact. Coworkers are positive and supportive of me doing my best work. My coworkers are also very good at working as a team, helping each other out, and sharing tasks to allow people to work to their strengths.
BPT team members care about co-workers and clients. We just want to pay our event organizers.
We work together and look to "team up" on each others successes.
