I would give it 2 stars. I made new friends and it was a fun environment because of my coworkers, but we were all scared of our manager

My coworkers and the new people i meet who come and shop into the store
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our store manager was manipulating, cold, and would gossip about other employees to employees working on the sales floor, brought a lot of personal problems and drama to work, took out problems on others.
