There is a difference between the store I lead in Connecticut, and the corporate office in Minnesota. Our store team is diverse and funny. The corporate office in MN is white and stuffy.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our store manager was manipulating, cold, and would gossip about other employees to employees working on the sales floor, brought a lot of personal problems and drama to work, took out problems on others.
