I have had a very positive experience at Eversight and it just feels like home to me now. It is a great place to work and I feel so blessed I get to call it my home.

My experience at Eversight could not be more positive. Our CEO creates the best culture for us and it comes from the top down. We all feel very valued and supported and we all really enjoy working together. I feel very blessed every day to work at Eversight.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We all get equity, which I'm excited to hopefully be worth a lot someday!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was organized and very responsive. I was not left hanging or wondering how I did.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very collaborative, supportive culture at Eversight. We all lift each other up and support each other. We also have great senses of humor and love to make each other laugh.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't have my own Team, but other Teams have adopted me as there own and including me in their Team events, so I don't feel left out. It is a very inclusive environment and you always feel welcome and wanted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While our employees are very smart and driven, they are also very kind and inclusive. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and willing to lend a hand when needed or asked. I have never worked with a nicer group of people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have unlimited PTO and they mean it. We get days off to volunteer, reimbursed for professional development and cell phone and internet expenses as well as an LSA (Lifestyle Spending Account) to help with expenses related to physical, emotional and mental well-being.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You can tell they really care about us and listen to us. They also make sure we always know what's going on and feel a part of everything the Company is doing. They are transparent and honest and we feel we can trust them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't have a team, but I get to collaborate with other teams daily and I love how much everyone is always willing to lend a hand and lift you up when needed. I can't say enough great things about the people at Eversight!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they value our ideas and opinions. We all have the ability to make a huge impact and are always heard. I also feel that they are always honest with us and we don't feel like we are in the dark. They are also very approachable and compassionate.
