So far, the experience has been extremely positive. The organization is small but run in an efficient but friendly and supportive way. Everyone's actions feel focused on doing what is right for the firm and its customers instead of trying to do what best for one's own needs. Trust is everywhere.

Company meetings are conducted very efficiently while still feeling like a friendly family gathering.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The core benefit package is adequate but the small perks such as weekly lunch reimbursements and quarterly wellness stipend make for some nice "icing on the cake."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership does not just tout company values, they demonstrate many of them daily. Rarely have I seen any organizations come so close to truly living by company values.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was heavily focused on overall individual fit into the overall organization instead of concentrating on just a few targeted skills required for a specific role.
What makes you most happy at work?
I find that I am provided the opportunity to directly contribute in how I feel most effective instead of having solutions and methods to solving problems dictated to me.
