I was able to work with dedicated hardworking peers.
I spent just over 6 months ar EveryoneSocial. I was laid off from my position because the company was burning to much cash. Recently the company way over hired and is very financial unstable and the entire leadership team has no idea how to course correct this failing business, stay far away!

They don't know what they are doing. They over hired when they didn't have enough business or leads to support it so they had to lay off 20% of the company.
EveryoneSocial just laid off 20% of the company including recent hires. When they were actively recruiting many of us, they claimed many things that simply are not true to get us on board in a competitive market. Fast forward a couple of months and they dump us. No notice no severence. Classless.

Numbers fell off a cliff and they laid off 20% of the total company but they promoted the person who was in charge of this fail…. Red flag!
How often do promotions happen at EveryoneSocial?
Interestingly the promotions are given to the reps that have the territories that get the majority of the incoming leads… even with this, they still don’t make their goals..
What kind of people succeed at EveryoneSocial?
Mostly young and male…
How helpful was your Sales team when you were first hired at EveryoneSocial?
Everyone seem nice but generally every man for himself…
How are layoffs handled in the Sales department at EveryoneSocial?
Terrible! They laid off reps who they recruited heavily in just the past couple of months and gave zero severance! New people didn’t cause them to lay off a huge chunk of the company! They fell victim to weak leadership who shouldn’t have over hired without paying attention to the lack of business and a pipeline that was built on fantasy.
How secure do you feel at your job at EveryoneSocial?
Just laid off 13 people out of 80. Not good!
How do you feel about going to work at EveryoneSocial everyday?
Bait and switch. They will promise the world when recruiting you but simply can’t deliver. I really hoped it was as good as I was told. Unfortunately they are the smallest fish in a very competitive pond and given recent market conditions I think their outlook is questionable.
