I like the fact that the CEO was included in the interview process. And when I had additional questions after my offer, ES was happy to set up another call with team members.

I appreciate the level of trust I'm given. My manager trusts me to get my work done and doesn't micromanage, but if I need assistance or have questions, he always steps in with a helping hand.
